Day 1 – On-site Resilience & Burnout Prevention Workshop

  • 09:00 – Welcome & networking over a light breakfast
  • 09:30 – Stress status quo analysis, program introduction, and individual goal setting
  • 12:30 – Joint lunch break
  • 13:30 – TASMA® individual resilience coaching session
  • 15:00 – Practical workshop session (optional Dorn & Breuss method)
  • 18:00 – Reflection, integration, and day summary


Day 2 – On-site Performance & Stress Management Workshop

  • 08:00 – Breakfast together at the TLB premises
  • 09:00 – Individual coaching and applied resilience workshop
  • 13:00 – Lunch break
  • 14:00 – Practical exercises with transfer into daily operational life
  • 17:30 – Feedback session and follow-up planning
  • 18:00 – Workshop conclusion and departure
